He is Risen!

I took this picture on a hike in Yosemite on my retreat with the Lord. It was a journey with Jesus encouraging me with every step.

This picture reminds me of the empty tomb. I went to Israel several years ago and my favorite place was the Garden Tomb. There’s a peace and a feeling of home. It’s indescribable.

On this day where we celebrate the Resurrection, may we celebrate the One who conquered death and paid it all! There may be swirling going on, but the power of Jesus rises above it all! May we have a greater revelation of the power of the cross today and everyday! He is risen! Thank you Jesus for your sacrifice! We put our eyes on you. It’s all culminated for such a time as this and our best days are truly ahead!
